One year of coverage with an annual commitment of 12 monthly subscriptions/payments.

Thirty days of coverage are required before the device becomes eligible for repair.

Purchase a subscription bundle that includes five or more devices, and the coverage eligibility period (30 days) is waived.

How does the Extended Service Coverage program work?

• Install our Discrete Data Capture Agent - auto-discover your print & copier devices.
• We will walk your floor and attach QR labels to your devices.
• In the event of an issue, any authorized user can scan the QR code on a covered device and receive a triage call within one business hour.
• If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will pay inbound and return freight to repair the device at our depot repair center.

Coverage restrictions: 

• Our Extended Service Coverage is limited to the machine and does not cover replacing consumable items such as toner cartridges, drum units, etc. Long-life consumables, such as maintenance kits, are also not covered. A time and materials quote will be provided if on-site visits are required to install long-life consumables.
• Specific devices may be outside our scope of coverage and will be identified accordingly and not accepted into the Extended Service Coverage program.
